Orchid Developments Group won the award for an investor of the year in the building business. The prestigious award was accepted by the project advisor Eli Egozi during the ceremony for “Person of the year”.

“We are very happy for this acknowledgment”, shared Eli Egozi and she didn`t hide the fact that they have intentions for further investments in Bulgaria.
The company has been on the Bulgarian market for 5 years now and it is one of the leading investors in the country. So far they have invested 200 million Euros and have started a few developments on different stages.
The most significant project of the company so far is Grand Mall Varna. According to the executive manager of the company, Ofer Mirezki, this is not going to be just the next mall. Grand Mall Varna will turn into one of the sights of the city. The center will open doors at the end of 2009 with over 200 000 sq m of open living area all distributed between shops, offices and zones for entertainment.
Very soon is expected the first dig of their last project – Orchid Gardens, again in varna. The building will have 16 floors with residential and commercial areas.
